A wine always has a story, an origin, a motivation! The initial motivation was to take care of "my land", to preserve a unique viticultural heritage. Habemus is a wine that stands out for the expression of pure terroir: the combination of the grape variety, the soil, the climate and human decisions supersede the limiting analysis of the grape variety or region. This Habemus R is the result of a distinct terroir whose quartzite soil imprints a very unusual identity.
